Vella Haven Village currently accepts referrals from social workers, case managers, hospitals, correctional and reentry professionals, and approved community agencies.
To begin the referral process:
Review our eligibility and program requirements.
Click “Submit a Referral” below.
Complete the referral form with the participant’s information.
Our team will review the referral and respond within 24–48 business hours.
Submitting a referral does not guarantee placement. Admission is based on eligibility, program fit, safety, and current bed availability.
