Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking individuals who:

  • Are dependable, professional, and compassionate

  • Can maintain clear boundaries and accountability

  • Are comfortable working in structured environments

  • Value dignity, respect, and confidentiality

  • Can collaborate with agencies, case managers, and program leadership

Prior experience in social services, peer support, reentry, recovery, housing, or community work is helpful but not always required.


What to Expect

Team members may support participants through:

  • Program oversight and accountability

  • Life skills and workforce support

  • Peer-led groups or check-ins

  • Intake assistance and documentation

  • Coordination with community partners

All roles operate within non-clinical guidelines.

Background check (required for most roles)

  • Ability to follow program policies and procedures

  • Strong communication skills

  • Commitment to professionalism and confidentiality

Training and orientation are provided as needed.
